slimmer belts - they cause you to sweat a lot around your mid-section. what are the pros and cons of this?
i want to tone up my abs, but (apparently) all the slimmer belt does is make me lose water from my mid-section (when i run or whatever), so won't it just come back in a couple hours and my abs won't be ripped anymore? how long do these results last and what are the negative aspects of losing water-weight? thanks!
