Is it possible to suffer all the symptoms of type 1 diabetes but not lose weight?

I have all of them but I'm not rapidly losing weight,
I am staying the same weight do u think it's something other than diabetes????

yah i know it's more common in 10-12 year old girls, but I cant even explain to know what's wrong with me,

Yes it is. I was diagnosed when I was 13, and I'd had symptoms for about 2 weeks before I was diagnosed. I was extremely thirsty all the time (like Extremely! one time my mom bought one of those 24 packs of dr pepper, and the next day, she found 24 empty dr pepper cans stashed under my bed), using the bathroom like crazy (I'm ashamed to say that the night befor I was diagnosed I wet the bed..), and a really bad attitude. But I probably lost like 2 or 3 pounds.... and that's it... so... yeah... hope this helped.
