What will tighen loose skin where a person has lost considerable weight?
my "friend" lost 75lbs. any advice on how to tighten up the loose skin. thanks
I found a nice page on tightening up loose skin after weight loss at eHow. You can find the link in the sources below.
Basically, they say to:
1. Wait at least two years after reaching your target weight before you consider surgery.
2. Exfoliate daily
3. Take a hot hour-long bath once or twice a week
4. Do muscle training to increase the tone of your body
Products you can use to increase your skins elasticity:
-Aloe vera extract
-Soy protein
-Yeast extract
