Need help losing weight. I would like to lose 25%body fat. PLEASE NO JOKES OR MEAN COMMENTS.?
I am 6 foot 2 1/2 inches and weigh 350 pounds. I am at about 44% body fat. I know that is bad and would like to get down to 19% or 20% so I can join the Army. I have a while because I am about to start college and plan on joining after college so I have about 4 years but I would like to be able to lose it in 1 or 2 years possibly 3 years. Please help me with a training schedule that will help a lot. Thank you and the best answer will get 10 points.
if you weigh 350lbs it means that you eat not only when you are hungry but also when you want to change your mood.
so the right way to eat is to eat when you are hungry,not when you want to feel better or for entertainment.
so that you just eat when you are hungry you need to reprogram your mind about food and eating.
buy a copy of I Can Make You Thin by Paul McKenna . he teaches mental reprogramming and then you will just lose weight because you won't eat as much and the only training you have to do is move. all movement burns calories whether it's chores,sports or exercise.
