how do i get a body like this?

how do i tone my belly like this? my tummy is already flat, as i am thin (18.2 BMI - a little underweight). do i need to do strength training exercises or yoga to get a body like this? i am aiming to gain weight (im on a new gain weight healthy diet) and form some muscle too. id like some on my arms and legs as theyr all quite skinny.
also, if im gaining weight, can't i not just put on fat? im very thin, so fa would do me some good. or is it better to put on muscle, and why?
any exercise ideas? nothing too vigorous - i dont want to lose weight. thanks
dont worry, i wont be making it any sort of obsession. tho i am on a mission to gain around 15lbs over the summer to become a healthy weight, i only want to work out while im gaining weight, so that i can become toned, and muscle mass is heavier too.

If you want a stomach like that, you will need to do more than just sit-ups and crunches. I suggest you do so other ab exercises too. This site has 10 different ab exercises. http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises.htm
If you do about 10 of each everyday then in a couple weeks you should see results. You can always do more than 10 for quicker results.
Also if you want to gain weight, you should try lifting small weights and do different types of exercises, like squats, lunges, running, and many others. This will also increase your appetite.
