
Im 20 and looking to lose some weight?
Here the deal, im 20 years old and i weigh 230 pounds. im about 5'10" or 5'11". I do not smoke and i feel as though i lead an active lifestyle even when at college. Im in my towns volunteer fire dept and already an EMT and i start firefighting school next week. during the week i try to work out at least 3 times a week. the problem is i want to try to lose around 40-50 pounds before september and the weight will not come off. any suggestions?
Question is your intake bigger than that your burning? If you eat more Calories than you burn then you arent doing any good. Also you also have to work out double the normal to burn fat. Average time is 30 mins a day 3-4 times a week well if you want to burn fat then you have to double the length of min. Not so much as times of a week. Its not healthy to do it everyday. Do you want to gain muscle or just loose fat? If you want to Gain muscle then you need protien in your diet and take vitiams also. Everyone healthy or not needs daily vitiams. Keeps the immune system up fights off colds and illness too. I hope I have helped.
