
*10 points* Can I lose 45-50 lbs by the beginning of summer by doing this!??!?
Alright so my current plan is walk at a 3mph speed for 1-2 hours a day everyday, every other day I will do Resistance training for 30 mins and I will do 100-300 jumping jacks a day and about 50-100 squats a day. I also walk home from school and that is 30 mins away and I did not include it in my actually excersize plan. I'm 15 and 245 lbs and 5'9 I want to lose 45-50 pounds by the end of June and then im going to take the weight loss slow but I really need to lose that much. I will also basically follow Canada's food guide for the food but I will cut down on the recommended amount on grains and switch to whole wheat bread and brown rice and eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water.
Will this work and is there anymore I can do? Thanks
Instead of walking you should run, you'll lose a lot more weight that way. Also don't drink sugary drinks like soda and juice and stuff just drink water.
