Lose Weight Swimming Exercise

will swimming to lose weight stop getting effective if i continuously do it everyday?

i weight 169 and i want to lose like 55 pounds, so i am eating a healthy diet (1300 calories a day more or less) and i am swimming everyday -80 laps- for an hour. if i swim everyday will it stop being an effective exercise for me to lose weight? is swimming a good exercise to lose weight??
does anyone have any success stories of anyone who lost weight while swimming?
do you guys have any other tips to lose weight that have worked for you?
also, should i swim before or after i eat breakfast?

No. swimming will always help you lose weight. Swimming burns a huge amount of calories and is a great way to stay in shape. Swimming makes you very hungry though so it is good to stay a way from eating a lot after you finish
