How to Lose Weight in One Week

Third Day
On the third day, you can eat fruits, vegetables and soup except potatoes.
Day Four
You can only eat bananas on the fourth day. A maximum of eight servings should be eaten for the whole day. Of course, your diet can also include soup at unlimited amounts.
Fifth Day
During the fifth day, you can start eating fish or skinless chicken maximum of 30 ounces. Evenly distributed throughout the day are six tomatoes that you can eat at leisure. You must stick to water for your liquid needs and only eat the soup once today.
Day Six
Soup is allowed once today. Beef and vegetables will take over most of your diet while staying strictly away from baked potatoes. Make sure that you don't eat any baked potatoes for today and stick only to a beef and vegetables diet.
Day Seven of Diet
Brown rice and vegetables are would be your menu for the last day. However, what you drink must be restricted to either water or unsweetened fruit drinks.
