Why does nearly every episode of The Oprah Show about how to lose weight and a bunch of middle aged obese?
every episode seems to be about losing weight and there are a bunch of middle aged women crying about how fat they are?
I don't know but it's very annoying. Seriously...watching shows like Oprah probably contributed to their obesity. If they'd get off their butts and do something productive they may not have that problem.
But, I know plenty of women who just sit there day after day blurry eyed with their twinkies in front of the tv crying over themselves as opposed to actually trying to get healthy and be active.
