Losing weight - inspire / motivate me to keep going?
I've lost about 16 pounds through health eating and exercise but I can feel my motivation starting to slip. I've tried all the popular motivators - fat photos on fridge, listing and re-reading the compliments I've recieved, inspirational mottos "nothing tastes as good as slim feels" etc but they're not as effective as they were at the beginning.
I'd love to hear some unique, unusual tips to keep me going.
Just think of the reason why you are doing this, or who you or doing it for (the answer should always be you- and could include your children if you have any) If you are doing it because you want to fit into a dress, or to be fitter then imagine yourself in that dress and what you would look like, how it would feel and let the feeling engulf you. If it is something you really want you should be able to do anything for it and never forget why you started to try and loose weight and stick with it- its working for me! But dont worry Im sure your perfect just the way you are, ask your friends and family this if you dont believe me! good luck xxx
