Lose Weight Eating Rice Cakes

can you lose weight by eating rice cakes only?

let me make this more clear,
I am only goint to eat rice cakes nothing else from now(may 10th) until october rice cakes and water and fruits.
nothing else.

how much weight can I lose? also I will be running in a treadmill for atleast 1 hour and 30 minutes a day.
the rice cakes I am eating only have 35 calories.
7g of carbohydrates
no trans fats
no saturated fats
so is this a good idea?

You should not eat only that until OCTOBER.
Your body will get sick by having the same thing for such a period of time.
Try various healthy foods, grilled chicken, veggies, salads, water and juice, fruit, etc. even add the rice cakes for a midday snack.
You could also eat the foods you love but in small portions.
