Please answer my two part question...?
if you've successfully lost a lot (or a good amt of weight):
what did you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks and
how did you reward yourself once a week or whenever?
are there any simple crockpot/slowcook meals (recipes) for boneless, skinless chicken breast?

Since April of 2010 to now, I've lost a total of 20.4 pounds.
Below are some things I usually had for my meals:
Breakfast: Low-sugar oatmeal, various fiber cereal, egg whites with turkey bacon, & whole wheat bagels with light cream cheese.
Snacks: apples with natural peanut butter, carrots and light ranch dressing, crackers and hummus, frozen fruit, cheese sticks, FiberOne bars, peanut butter crackers, and homemade trail mix.
Lunch: peanut butter and jelly sandwich, peanut butter and nutella sandwich, ham and cheese sandwhich, turkey and cheese sandwhich, peanut butter and fluff sandwhich, easymac macaroni and cheese, salads,homemade pizza, and fruit salads.
Dinner: For dinner I always had some type of protein with a veggie and a carbs. So to give you an example: chicken with peas and brown rice.
Desserts: frozen yogurt, frozen fruit, and pudding.
If I loose any amount of weight a week, I reward myself with a "non-food" rewards:
I buy myself new fitness clothes, fitness dvds, or fitness equipment. Or I spend time on myself: like I paint my toesnails or take a nice relaxing bubble bath
Or I'll buy myself a new book to read because after all I worked hard to loose the weight and deserve to treat myself.
