Is this a good way or a bad way to lose weight?
I am wanting to drop 10 lbs. If i were to drink cranberry juice, for 3 days and just eat light snacks and nothing else, besides the snacks and cranberry juice> would that make me lose weight? or would it back fire and mess up and make me gain weight in the long run?
uum cranberry juice has crazy amount of sugar just eat healthy like reduce ur overall starch/fermentable carbs and more vegs, fruits, nuts, water, fish.
