How Much Cardio Exercise Should I Do Daily To Lose Weight?
Currently, I do 30 minutes on the treadmill at the beginning of my routine and 30 minutes on the elliptical at the end. Both have 5 minute cool down periods.
What you're doing now should be fine as long as you're exercising at least twice a week. The key is running for at least 20 minutes at a time, like you're doing now. That seems to be the minimum threshold for improving endurance.
