I want to weight, but I dont want to lose my breasts!!?

Kay, so I'm 5,7'' and I weigh 134 pounds.

I want to lose maybe 5-10 pounds, but I dont want to lose too much of my breats >_>. Is it true that the first thing to go when you lose weight are your breasts? Is there a certain diet/excercise plan I can follow that will minimize the amount of fat I lose in my breasts? Or one that will help me lose more fat in my stomach?
