Does a full body cleanse help lose weight?
I've been doing a cleanse/detox (Cleanse for Life) for about 2 weeks now (its a 28 day thing) and all I've noticed so far is that I go to the bathroom alot! is it even going tp do anything beneficial or is it just a waste of time?
Oh and I do work out and eat well to...I just got a stuborn 5 pounds to go!
Waste of time. If you lose any weight, it'll just be water weight. You'd be better off just eating healthy and exercising.
