I want to lose 68 pound during the school year ?
I know the basics of losing weight,diet and exercise, but how do i incorporate a healthy diet into school life. I've seen diets were they tell you to eat like 6 meals a day but i could never find time to eat that many meals a day. Whats a good diet and exercise plan that can help me achieve this goal.
well before the summer and around feburary i decided to go on a diet and excersise but i hatexercisingng just because it get boring especially having to do it for an hour or so, so i walked for an hour in front of my tv lol sounds crazy but i lost 50 lbs in 6 months so it obv. worked.
and i still ate whatever i wanted but tried lesser calories,like not going above 300 and counted the calories at the end of the day.
it sounds difficult but its really not, after a while i was just routined on doing it, it just became apart of my day
