How to quote a quote from a magazine?
How do I quote something in my essay that someone famous said in a magazine article.
For example, I'm making this up. But lets pretend Oprah said in people magazine "losing weight has been a struggle."
If I wanted to quote oprah from this people magazine article, how would I put that into my paper? Do I use double quotation marks?
For example do I write:
Losing weight is really hard to do. Even famous people have a hard time losing weight. Oprah, famous for going up and down in her weight has said " 'losing weight has been a strugle' " (People).
Is that how I do it? " ' ' " ???
